All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order using the original method of payment.
2. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are available for delivery to addresses globally.
3. Delivery Time
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 1-2 business day of the date of your order.

- Standard Shipping: Please allow 7 to 30 business days for delivery.
- Processing Time: Please allow 1–6 business days for order processing before your item ships.
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

5. International Shipping & Customs
If you are ordering from outside the United States, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. Which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
7. Damaged or Lost Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at support@thedailyflashsale.com.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking number shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. If the package is lost in transit (and tracking does not show delivered), please contact us so we can issue a replacement or refund.
